If I could give The Cove more stars, I would! My family of four had a fantastic five days in this impeccable place! The unit was brand new, clean and comfortable! The grounds were so well maintained and the staff were helpful and friendly! The young lady at the pool with the blonde hair was a delight! The pontoon boat rental was an insane deal and Lake Oneida did not disappoint! We tubed, wake boarded, fished and relaxed. We will be back!

We worked with Zack to book a full apartment building for our group from the America's Boating Club. Perfect location for our group! Each apartment came with a pontoon boat, allowing us to include boating activities along with our shore-based fun. The apartments are beautiful and are stocked with almost everything you need. (Bring your own dish soap and paper towels if you plan on doing a lot of cooking). A dishwasher and soap are already there. We had S'mores around the firepit on a couple nights and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Zack did a great job making sure we had everything we needed and thanked us for staying. I would highly recommend this gem on Onieda Lake!

Great place for family vacations. The pontoon boats were awesome! The cottages were new and very clean. They had everything you needed. Only thing I would recommend would be a picnic table on the porch. Everything else was wonderful! The bunk beds were full xl beds big enough for teens. We had a great time and would Highly recommend!

BEAUTIFUL! BEAUTIFUL! BEAUTIFUL! We actually own a cottage in Sylvan Beach. What the Indian Nation has done with The Cove is incredible! It is meticulously kept, the food and ice cream are very good and the store is fun with sooo many choices. Overpriced? Not by today’s standards and comparable to other summer getaways. I am looking forward to leaving our cottage the next time our family of 12 comes and renting one of their beautiful units! And btw, the Casino is impeccably keep also!

We had an amazing stay last week! To call them cabins is an understatement, they are houses! We stayed in a three bedroom unit that was beautifully furnished, spacious and brand new. It had plenty of room for my family of 5, with bedrooms #2 and 3 having two full beds in each. We also loved having our own boat to use on the lake. We beached the boat on the sandbar and swam! It was a lot of fun for the kids (ages 1, 12 and 15).

The staff was also amazing and gave us a lot of ideas for things to do locally. We took a trip to a water park, went golfing, bike riding, visited a beautiful waterfall, spent time at the amusement park, and even did mini-golfing with a brewery next door to it. So much to do in the area, and having what felt like a resort to come home to was perfect! The pool is beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the river while you swim. So relaxing! We highly recommend staying here.

This place is absolutely beautiful. We booked a family vacation with about 20 people and we all had the best time. We occupied a 4 unit condo and a 3 bedroom cottage right next to it. From morning til night, whether it was taking the pontoon boats out on the lake, renting water bikes and paddle boards, swimming in the pool, or just sitting on the deck of Sylvan Beach Supply Co eating ice cream and watching the boats go by, there was never a dull moment.
