When we set out to create the perfect family getaway on Oneida Lake, NY, we designed our three-bedroom cottages to offer the best feeling of lakeside living during your stay. Fully furnished kitchens with full-sized appliances. Outdoor grills to fire up the catch of the day and your own fire pit to gather around. Even your own pontoon boat, reserved for you for the length of your stay.
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and en suite, along with two additional bedrooms with two full XL beds each. The open concept living room and dining room offer contemporary comforts while the idyllic location, reserved exclusively for our guests, offers a getaway unlike any other. Each unit has a pontoon boat reserved exclusively for its guests for the week, along with its own slip. For guests of The Cove at Sylvan Beach who are bringing their own boat, additional slips are available at no charge.
We require that the individual who will be operating the pontoon boat completes a boater safety course and shows proof of completion during boat orientation. Get ahead by registering and completing the course prior to arrival.
Staying elsewhere on Sylvan Beach or visiting only for the day? While The Cove’s commons areas, pool and playground are reserved for cottage guests, Sylvan Beach Supply Co. is open to all visitors to Oneida Lake, Sylvan Beach or Verona Beach. Boat in and dock at our boatyard to pick up supplies, or ask about our water activities rentals, including kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, water bikes and more.
Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath units include a master bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom and a smart TV. A second guest bedroom has two full XL beds, while the third guest room has bunk beds with full XL beds. A fully furnished kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, full-size appliances, kitchen essentials and a dining table for six. The open concept living room offers a second smart TV. Every unit also has its own gas grill and fire pit.
Does your dog love the water as much as you do? Bring them along. Our pet-friendly cottages welcome up to two dogs (up to 50lbs each, see pet policy).
The Cove at Sylvan Beach's heated community pool, fire pits, commons areas and playground are reserved for the private use of our guests to enjoy.
